Akila Jasmine Rice is a long-grain variety of fragrant rice with a slightly sweet floral aroma and flavour. It is slightly shorter and rounder compared to Basmati rice, soft in texture when cooked, with a gentle Jasmine Rice smell. It is best served with paella and other seafood, African- style curries or with fragrant dishes like spicy djangsang sauce.
